Being a private or public company, Company needs to post certain information on its website. Below are the information required under the Companies Act, 2013

Companies being registered entities under the Companies Act, 2013 are required to publish and continue to keep certain details/information/data on its website in order to comply with the Companies Act, 2013

Below is the list of information to be published on its website by the Companies:

On its landing page/home page

• Name of the Company
• Corporate Identity Number (CIN)
• Registered Office Address
• eMail
• Telephone No.
• Fax No., if any
• Details of the person who can be contacted in case of any query.

In addition to the above, the Companies are also required to keep the copy of its Annual Return in form MGT-7 or MGT-7A, resignation of directors, etc., on its website.

Further, listed Indian Companies are also required to follow the SEBI Regulations in this regard.
